	Q: How long will it take to get my bat back?
	A: Your bats will be rolled the day I receive it and shipped out the following day. I ship all the bats USPS Priority. I also ship to Canada.
	Q: Do you shave the bat as well?
	A: Nope, sorry this service is for Rolling only.
	Q: Can you roll my Fastpitch bats?
	A: Sure, I've rolled several fastpitch bats.
	Q: What kind of bats do you roll?
	A: I can roll any composite bat. No matter if it’s brand new or is heavily used.
	Q: My bat has quite a few swings on it, what would rolling it do for me?
	A: Normal break-in or spot break-in is what batting practice does for your bat. Rolling breaks it in evenly throughout the entire barrel thus stretching out any dull spots.
	Q: Why should I send my $300 bat to a total stranger?
	A: I understand your concern as I would question doing that myself. I treat this as a business and I want to provide a great service to everyone. The best business is word of mouth and the last thing I want is a bad rep. If I break your bat while rolling I will replace it. I’ve been playing ball for over 10 years and still remember my first big bat purchase. That bat was my baby! And I will treat your bat as if it was my own.
	Q: What is the best way to send the bat to you?
	A: You can send anyway you like, I do suggest that you send in the triangle 36’ tubes as they are more secure and free at USPS. These tubes also allow you to put more than one bat in them. When sending 4 bats, I have taped 2 Triangle tubes together and sent them as one package. This will help save a few dollars in shipping.
	Q: Do you heat before rolling?
	A: Nope, Heating doesn't add anything to the rolling process as it doesn't allow the fibers to stretch as they need to.
	Q: How many times does the bat go through the machine?
	A: I roll the bat on all 8 sides at 4 different compression levels (different bats have different levels) which gives it around 200 passes.
	Q: Can you take pictures of my bat, I'd like to see it while you work your magic?
	A: LOL Sure if you like I can take a few pics for you.
	Q: I don't want my wife to know I'm spending money on this, Can I mail you a Money Order?
	A: LOL Sure thats no problem, somethings are better if the wifey doesn't know, Just send the correct amount and send the bat to the address on the order page.
